Delivery (within the U.K.)
We use Royal Mail First Class postage and normally take 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) to dispatch your order once your payment has been received. Orders usually take 3-5 days from date of dispatch to arrive but sometimes there may be delays in the Royal Mail delivery system that is beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you.
We use Royal Mail International Standard postage as standard, however, you have the option to pay extra for tracked postage. We normally take 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) to dispatch your order once your payment has been received. Delivery to Europe normally takes 3 to 5 working days from date of dispatch and delivery to the rest of the world normally takes 5 to 7 working days from date of dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7-14 working days, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you.
Our returns policy
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us within 14 days of receipt making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST INFORMING US.
As most of our products are personalised, we will only refund the product if it arrives faulty. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on personalised goods if you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong size.
The item(s) need to be returned in their original packaging unused. The cost of returning the item to us is the customer’s responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
